Prepare for family-law advice and mediation

A free, private organiser from Hugh Raichlin Attorneys. It helps you gather and structure information before speaking to an attorney or mediator. It is not legal advice and does not predict outcomes.

Guest mode by default. Your entries stay only in this open tab. Closing or refreshing can lose unsaved work. An optional account lets you save named drafts — saving is always manual, and signing in never uploads your current tab.

The three modules

Work through them in any order. You can leave any field blank.

Saving options

What stays where, and what is optional.

  • Guest (default): entries live only in this open tab's memory. No account, no storage on your device, no analytics, no sharing.
  • Encrypted backup file (.hra): export a passphrase-encrypted file to keep on your device. The passphrase is never stored and cannot be recovered.
  • Optional account: sign in to save named drafts to your account. Saving is always manual; signing in never uploads your current tab. Authorised platform/service administrators may have access to account data.

What this tool does not do

It is an organiser, not a legal engine.

  • It does not calculate legal deadlines, maintenance awards, settlement entitlements or accrual claims.
  • It does not determine whether mediation is suitable for you.
  • It does not generate binding legal documents, and entries are not reviewed by an attorney.
  • Avoid entering children's names or identity numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive incident narratives.
